Please note that your place in a Program/Event is only confirmed once your full Program/Event fee has been received. It is requested that you pay your fee in full within 48 hours of reserving your place in a Program/Event.
The Redlands Centre for Women reserves the right to cancel or change Programs and/or Events dependent on the number of bookings and the Facilitator. Any persons who have a Program and/or Event cancelled or postponed have the option of either rebooking into another available date or a full refund.
Any person who has booked and paid to attend a Program/Event are requested to give 24 hours notice if they wish to change/cancel their booking. Cancellation or Change in your booking can be done by phoning the Centre on 07 3461 7097. If cancellation of attendance occurs within the 24 hours prior to the Program/Event commencing then no refund or rebooking will be given.
Please note that all of our Program/Events have minimum numbers required in order for them to proceed. Failure to advise of your non-attendance in a timely manner means that we are unable to offer your place on the Program/Event to another person who may be waitlisted.
We take the security of our customers’ personal details very seriously. All payments, and payment details, made by persons to the Redlands Centre for Women’s website and bank account will remain confidential. Card and/or payment details will not be sold or passed onto a third party.
All prices quoted on the Redlands Centre for Women’s website are in Australian Dollars. All Program prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
