Please note that your place in a Program/Event is only confirmed once your full Program/Event fee has been received. It is requested that you pay your fee in full within 48 hours of reserving your place in a Program/Event.
The Redlands Centre for Women reserves the right to cancel or change Programs and/or Events depending on the number of bookings received and Facilitator availability. Any persons who have a Program and/or Event cancelled or postponed by the Centre will have the option of rebooking into another available date or requesting a full refund.
Any person who has booked and paid to attend a Program/Event is requested to give 5 days notice if they wish to change or cancel their booking. Cancellations or Changes can be made by phoning the Centre on 07 3461 7097. Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the Program/Event commencement date will not be refunded or transferred to an alternate date.
Please note that all of our Program/Events have minimum numbers required in order for them to proceed. Failure to advise of your non-attendance in a timely manner means that we are unable to offer your place on the Program/Event to another person who may be waitlisted.
We take the security of our customers’ personal details very seriously. All payments, and payment details, made by persons to the Redlands Centre for Women’s website and bank account will remain confidential. Card and/or payment details will not be sold or passed onto a third party.
All prices quoted on the Redlands Centre for Women’s website are in Australian Dollars. All Program prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
