Our Live your Best Life program is run over seven weeks and is designed to help women access tools and guidance to improve their confidence and life skills. The focus of the group is for you to understand the reason behind your feelings of self worth and to develop tools that help you feel better about who you are and your unique path in life. It offers emotional support, encouragement, information and exercises to help you feel better and lead a happier life.
