Office Administrator/Volunteer Coordinator –


Debbie joined the Redlands Centre for Women in June 2018 as casual Office Administrator/Volunteer Coordinator. Debbie’s background is in Community Service in the Redlands, which she has been in for the last 23 years. Debbie is married, has 2 daughters, 1 grandson and 2 granddaughters.

Debbie originally comes from Wales and came to Australia with her parents and sister when she was 11.

Debbie loves Cruising and in the last 15 years has done 28 of them.  Her favourite cruise was on Celebrity Solstice from Sydney, through Tahiti and to Hawaii where they spent another 2 weeks.  Hawaii is where she loves to holiday the most.  They have taken their grandchildren on  a total of 7 cruises with them.

Sandi is a commercial and property solicitor at McCarthy Durie Lawyers and our President.

Sandi made the Redlands her home 4 years ago and has worked to support the community.



Treasurer –


Debra is recently retired and decided to take up golf.  She joined the Monday and Wednesday ladies’ group at Howeston Golf Course.

That’s where Linda Crane (one of our Members and PPP Co-ordinator) approached her and asked if she was interested in volunteering as Treasurer.


Committee Members –


Mirella has lived in the Redlands for 16 years and runs a small business with her husband.

I have volunteered at the Redlands Centre for Women since 2015 and have been involved in the High Tea Committee and am also the Events Team Co-ordinator.

I participate in Craft Group, Raw Walk and Coffee Chats and am very passionate about bringing women together in our Community.




Sonja has lived in the Redland’s for 29 years and joined the Redland Centre for Women in 2018 searching for new friends and connections.

She has been to all Coffee Chat nights and would love to start Craft nights for those who can’t attend day time sessions.

She also started doing RAW walk’s this year and is now the RAW Walk Co-ordinator.  She plans to do many more fun adventures with local women.
